Dr. Bill Nelson
President
Bill manages operations in the Midwestern United States and is located in Minnesota. His strengths and expertise lie in forage quality, taking advantage of natural rumen fermentation, and designing low-cost rations with unique commodities.
Bill is a St. Olaf College graduate with a Ph.D. from University of Wisconsin in dairy nutrition. He has been president of the Nelson Dairy Consultants, Inc. since 2000.

Brad Kloss

Brad oversees consultants serving Western and Southern United States and Canada. He is located in California.
Brad has been in the dairy management business over 31 years. He holds an Animal Science and Business Degree from the University of Minnesota. Moving to California in 2000, he began his focus on large dairy operation systems, dairy finance and animal nutrition. His expertise in management helps dairies fine tune their business model.

David oversees consultants serving the Eastern United Sates. He is located in Upstate New York.
David has been involved in the dairy nutrition and management business for over 30 years. Our Holtz-Nelson team focus is maximizing cow health and productivity through client grown forage and grain as well as management consultation for enhanced profitability, land resource uses and environmental stewardship. David holds an Animal Science degree from Cornell University.

Founder
Kent founded Nelson Dairy Consultants in 1976. He is executive advisor to the business.
